A Deep Dive into Section 504

This workshop will take a deep dive into the identification, eligibility, and legal factors in maintaining compliance with Section 504 in the school environment. Critical issues and practices will be outlined as it pertains to avoiding discrimination and developing Section 504 Plans that are comprehensive and appropriate. This workshop reviews both introductory content as well as the more complex issues facing school staff.
