Schools have always needed positive leaders who foster a positive culture. However, a Positive Culture is crucial not only for students’ academic success but also for the social-emotional well-being of everyone in the school. This training will illustrate the impact positive leadership can have on a school/district. Dr. Kelly D. Stewart, IASA 2014 Illinois Superintendent of the Year, will present the Power of Positive Leadership Framework from Jon Gordon’s book The Power of Positive Leadership.
