Effective technology integration requires more than just devices or apps-it demands a strategic framework aligned with district goals. This course introduces educational leaders to research-based instructional technology frameworks that support consistency, equity, and meaningful learning outcomes across classrooms. Participants will examine several models and assess which aligns best with their district’s vision and teaching culture. They will also explore how these frameworks support instructional differentiation, teacher comfort, digital equity, and innovation. By the end of the session, participants will build a framework adoption plan that includes stakeholder engagement, a training timeline, and metrics for evaluation. Participants will also consider how emerging tools like AI fit within existing models, ensuring a future-ready, sustainable approach to technology integration.
