Happier: Learn The Secrets To Daily Joy and Lasting Fulfillment

Join us for a 4-week asynchronous book study to learn more about “positive psychology” and ways to implement this set of principles into your daily life. The author, Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar, is one of Harvard University’s most popular lecturers. The book study will include weekly reading assignments and online discussions. Participants will receive 8 clock hours.

This book study will begin on Monday, June 21, 2021 and conclude on Friday, July 16, 2021.
There is no fee to participate, but registrants must purchase the book.
