Notice of Hearing

NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM OPT OUT REQUESTS

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Monday, February 20, 2024, a public hearing will be conducted to hear testimony regarding a request for Benton Consolidated High School #103 to opt out of the requirement to host a summer food service program pursuant to Public Act 096 -0734.  Testimony for and against said petition will be used as a basis for granting or denying the request.  This hearing is set for 4:00 PM and will be held in the Franklin County office of the Regional Superintendent of Schools, 901 Public Square, Benton, IL  62812.
