S.P.A.R.K Collaborative- Schools Pursuing Achievement, Results, and Knowledge

In alignment with ISBE’s launch of the Statewide Framework for Success, this collaborative aimed to bring school leadership teams together to strengthen school improvement efforts through shared learning, data-driven action planning, and regional collaboration.

Due to high request, we are excited to share that we will be offering additional S.P.A.R.K opportunities for the 2026-2027 school year!  As a collaborative, we will unpack state data, deconstruct the new accountability system, action plan for students and adults, determine progress monitoring efforts, and MORE!   While our Cohort 1 teams will be gathering again for a year 2, we are also excited to launch a Cohort 2 for schools who have not yet participated in S.P.A.R.K.!

 ⭐Cohort 2 Opportunity

Cohort 2 sessions will be for NEW schools and teams that have not yet participated in S.P.A.R.K.!  Cohort 2 will have four full day sessions designed for K-8 teams and High School Teams that will take place at John A Logan College. To ensure your team’s success, we ask that each school include the principal and at least one additional school or team leader. You are also welcome to bring any other members of your leadership team who can support your school’s goals.  Thanks to our LEAD Hub Grant, we are excited to offer these no-cost opportunities in partnership with Partners to Lead!  You may register your teams at the links below or in the link in the attached flyer.
