In this training, participants will examine the concepts of trauma and toxic stress, and explore trauma-informed strategies and practices for classroom implementation. Attendees will learn how to create trauma-informed learning environments that emphasize safety, trust, relationship-building, and collaborative problem-solving. The session will also focus on supporting emotional awareness, regulation, and fostering a growth mindset.  5 hours of PD & CEU credit available, must attend full training to receive credit. Participants will be given a 1 hour lunch on your own.
