Youth Mental Health First Aid equips participants with crucial skills for identifying, understanding, and addressing mental health and substance use challenges in children and adolescents aged 12-18.

Prior to the full-day, in-person workshop, participants will receive an invitation from the facilitator to create a profile on the Mental Health Connects platform (if they haven’t previously attended a YMHFA workshop) and complete a pre-assessment. This workshop offers 6.5 hours of PD/CEUs. To receive credit, participants must attend at least 90% of the session. There will be a 30-minute lunch break on your own.
