Instructional Coaching in ROE #21
This job-embedded professional development is designed to improve teachers’ instructional practices to enhance student learning. This training, presented by Dr. Kelly Stewart is offered as a cohort model to individuals in our region, in addition to individuals throughout the state. Each year, cohorts participate in 6 full day or half day coaching sessions. The sessions are held in-person, virtual, or through a hybrid model.
The Instructional Coaching Model is based on the Jim Knight’s six instructional coaching domains:

Participants who join the cohort receive:
- Six days of Professional Development per year
- Access to Dr. Stewart via email or phone support
