Partnering with ROE #21 Leaders: Aspiring to Retiring
The ROE Lead Hubs are staffed with a Lead|Ed Coordinator to help facilitate the work and maximize the outcomes of the Lead|Ed project. The project has a continuum of support from aspiring to current principals who are often supported by our retired administrators. The goal of the project is to build the capacity to become stronger leaders and to create the conditions needed to improve teacher effectiveness. The capacity building will have a direct impact on student outcomes by ensuring that all school districts in the state have access to highly competent school leaders capable of improving instructional quality.
