Regional Office of Education #21 (“ROE #21”) provides optional SMS (text message)
notifications related to fingerprinting appointment services.
Program Description
This SMS program is used to send informational and transactional messages only,
including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, cancellations,
and other service-related notices for fingerprinting services.
No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Opt-In
Users opt in by entering their mobile phone number on the fingerprinting appointment
scheduling form and voluntarily checking the SMS consent checkbox.
Consent is not required to schedule an appointment.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on appointment activity and may include:
- Appointment confirmation
- Appointment reminder(s)
- Appointment change or cancellation notifications
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying
STOP to any message.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
