Administrator Academy #2001

All new teacher evaluators in Illinois will need to pass an ISBE-approved administrator academy on the topic of initial Teacher Evaluation Training. This training replaces the existing initial teacher evaluation training provided through Growth through Learning CEC and TeachScape that expired on December 31, 2018. This training is a high quality, scalable, sustainable, and user focused content and delivery model.

This 2-day course and pre-work will provide participants with the knowledge to:

• Identify and disseminate minimum state requirements, performance standards, and best practices
• Facilitate a common language and dialogue around performance and its impact on school improvement, professional practice, and student outcomes
• Encourage collaboration, learning, and alignment among stakeholders

Dates: April 29, 2025 and April 30, 2025

Time: 8:30am – 3:30pm each day

Cancellation Policy: There will be no refunds issued for workshops, trainings, or Administrator Academies unless cancelled by ROE #21.
