McKinney-Vento New Liaison Training

Initial training for all newly appointed (3 years or less) McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Liaisons.

Professional Development Credits are available, and training includes:

• A comprehensive look at McKinney-Vento Liaison’s duties
• What is new in the law, specifically HB3116
• Identifying eligible students
• What are the rights of eligible students
• Collaborate, Coordinate, Connect
  • Building your team
  • Accessing resources available to assist with liaison duties
