A Culture of Trauma Awareness: Essential to Students and Staff

- This presentation will provide an introduction to the impact of trauma on the developing brain, as well as discuss how childhood adversity impacts individuals as working adults. This presentation will discuss concepts such as secondary trauma, vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue as well as provide strategies for managing these difficulties in your workplace.
