Title IX Training

Summer 2024 is the time to update your Title IX Training.  The Department of Education is in the final stages of releasing the final amendments to the Title IX regulations, which are likely to be in effect for the start of the 2024-2025 school year.  With the anticipated changes proposed by the Department of Education, the training requirements for those school personnel who must handle matters related to Title IX, sexual harassment, and other forms of sex discrimination – now is the time to get training, understand the 2024 regulations, and be prepared for your district’s actions to be legally-compliant and effective.  Join Attorney Brandon K.
