What is the Profile of an ALOP Student?
ALOP programs are designed to serve students in grades 4-12+ who may be struggling in academics, attendance, behavior, or who are otherwise considered "at-risk". ROE #21 has a program for every student, and is committed to working with the student to achieve academic success.
Our advocates collaborate closely with school staff, including counselors, social workers, teachers, and administrators, to ensure each student receives comprehensive, wrap-around support. They also foster family engagement through regular outreach, home visits, family events, and progress updates. By focusing on both educational achievement and personal development, ROE #21’s ALOP empowers students to reach their full potential and succeed academically.
